Outreach that wouldsurvive a complaint.
Most outreach tools ignore the law and hope nobody checks. This one was built the other way round, on top of a real compliance file, because the agencies who get caught are the ones who never wrote anything down.

Compliant email and SMS outreach, built by BLOOT for recruitment agencies.
- Built on
- A compliance file
- Legitimate interest and impact assessments
- Suppression
- Permanent
- Once suppressed, always suppressed
- Sending
- Warmed and paced
- Human gaps, daily caps, business hours
- Replies
- Read and sorted
- Opt-outs suppress themselves
What it actually does.
The safeguards are not settings somebody can switch off in a hurry. They are enforced before a message is allowed to exist.
Nothing generic ever goes out
A personalisation floor is enforced at the moment a list is uploaded, not at the moment of sending. A contact without a genuine, specific reason to be contacted is rejected at the door, so the mail-merge version of your brand never reaches anybody.
Takes off your desk The reply rate you lose to obvious templates
It sends like a person, not a server
A slow warm-up on new addresses, a daily cap that rises gradually, business-hours-only sending, and a randomised gap between each message. The point is not to trick a filter. It is that this is genuinely how a person works through a list.
Takes off your desk The domain you would otherwise burn
Suppression that never forgets
The suppression list is checked when a list is built and again immediately before every single send. Once somebody is on it they are on it permanently, across every campaign, for good.
Takes off your desk The complaint you cannot defend
Replies are read, sorted and acted on
The inbox is polled continuously. Replies are logged and categorised as interested, not interested, opt-out or other. Anything that looks like an opt-out suppresses the sender automatically, without waiting for somebody to notice.
Takes off your desk The follow-up sent after somebody said no
Unsubscribing actually works
One-click unsubscribe, implemented the way Gmail expects it so the button appears in the client itself rather than being buried in the footer. Making it easy to leave is what keeps you out of the spam folder.
Takes off your desk Your sender reputation
Reaching a whole workforce at once
For temporary and contract desks, the same discipline applied to text messaging: hundreds of workers reached on the phone in their pocket, rather than one conversation at a time.
Takes off your desk The morning spent ringing round for cover
The compliance file is the product.
Anybody can send a lot of email. What an agency actually needs is to be able to answer a regulator, a client or an angry recipient with a document rather than a shrug. We wrote the assessments first and built the sending around what they allowed. That order is the whole difference.
